Our Personal Chefs Approach to Cuisine

In Costa Rica we measure freshness by the hour. Our fruits and vegetables are organic, our chicken is free-range, and our tenderloin is grass-fed. Our seafood is brought directly from the dock packed in shaved ice.

After you check in, our culinary school trained Chefs will meet with you personally to discuss our cuisine as well as your likes, dislikes and any food allergies you may have.
