Our talented personal chef’s approach to cuisine focuses on organic and fresh produce. All our fruits and vegetables are organic, our chickens free-range, tenderloins are grass-fed, and our seafood is delivered directly from the dock. All our produce is sourced locally from trusted suppliers to ensure the highest quality that Tamarindo can offer.
All our meals are allergy and diet friendly, please speak to one of our staff members to inform them of your restrictions or allergies.
Daily breakfast is included in your room rate which is complete with local Costa Rican coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, gallo pinto, local cheese, eggs, french toast, and more!
Coffee and tea are available all day upon request.
We offer a choice of beverages to purchase including beer, wine, soft drinks, smoothies, bottled water and a list of specialty designed cocktails.
We offer the option to add an all-inclusive option to your stay.
You will enjoy all of your meals prepared fresh by our kitchen staff plus unlimited beverages. We have an option for house wine and beer or to also add liquor drinks as well. Please ask for more information at your time of booking.
Lunch & Dinner options:
We offer a fabulous lunch menu during the day and a delicious 3-course gourmet meal for dinner.
Meals are served communal-style so you have the opportunity to get to know other guests from all over the world! However, private dining options are available upon request.
The dinner menus are outstanding every night of the week: from bacon wrapped tenderloin to our fresh seared tuna on a bed of quinoa. Don’t even get us started on the desserts!
Guests also have the choice to go into town for dinner. The local Tamarindo area has several restaurants including sushi, Italian, French and fusion cuisine. Our drivers will take you there and pick you up at a set time.
Or ask about our all-inclusive add-on option and you won’t even have to leave the comfort of the hotel!

Cooking Classes
Join fellow guests at our interactive Tuesday afternoon Cooking Classes, with the talented Chef Javier and his staff. Not here on a Tuesday? Inquire ahead, and we may be able to schedule another cooking class on a different day.
Students will prepare a delicious gourmet, 4-course meal which will be served to them by the staff after their lesson.
The class price covers instruction, recipes, and the 4-course dinner.
Even if cooking is not your favorite activity, this is surely a food party you won’t want to miss!

Pached Pear Salad ....................
Pears poached in red wine, candied walnuts, organic goat feta cheese & red onions over a bed of lettuce with strawberry vinaigrette.
Main Course
Costarican Mahi Mahi Papillot ....................
Oven baked with organic bell paper, onions, carrot and leek wrapped in banana leaf.
Dessert
Deconstructed Appel Pie ....................
A creative, rearrangement of an all time classic served with vanilla ice cream.
