With a contagious smile and his true kindness, he has become an inseparable part of the hotel’s identity. Our guests frequently mention Enrique’s warmth and attention to detail. He’s a ray of sunshine that brightens even the rainiest Costa Rican day.
Stepping into our hotel, you are likely to be greeted by the warm smile of Ari. A part of our administrative team since 2005, Ari is often the first kind face our guests see. Her years of dedication to Los Altos and her commitment to ensuring every guest feels at home make her an indispensable asset.
Monica, though relatively new, having joined our administrative team just last year, seamlessly blends with our team. Her fresh perspective, combined with a dedication that mirrors our long-serving members, has been a beautiful addition to our Los Altos family.

And within the core of our operations, Gabriel, our maintenance expert, is related with Gabriela from housekeeping.
