The Accommodations
Your guests will ease into the comfort of one of our 6 beautiful rooms during your retreat. They will have the chance to take in the beauty of the Costa Rican jungle and coastline from each of their own private terraces. All rooms include A/C, ceiling fans, king or queen size beds, robes, organic Costa Rican toiletries and more. Our facilities also include a separate bungalow for the facilitator to focus on operating the retreat, while the guests enjoy the main hotel.
The hotel features a professional chef on-site to cater your guests’ breakfasts. Upon request you can even schedule a luxurious chef prepared dinner each night. Our concierge services will be ready to assist any guest in need of filling down time with adventures and excursions. Those activities included an amazing hike that challenged my group, A cooking class on site and live music. The facility also allowed us to have our own private yoga sessions. The Spa is breathtaking! I love the freedom to use the hot tub when it wasn’t occupied as well as the sauna. The food was excellent! Every meal had the right portion amount. “I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and I recently hosted my international Yoga Retreat at Los Alto de Eros (LADE). I have researched locations for 6 months & visited LADE in person before booking to see if it was a fit for my retreat! The moment I walked in to the beautiful open air lobby, I knew it was exactly where I wanted to bring my guest.
Planning my retreat with the owner, Julia was wonderful. I had a lot of questions and request for my 5 night retreat. She answered them all in detail. She outlined every single one of my concerns and highlighted the answers clearly. This was very important to me since I would be traveling from the USA with 12 Yogis with specific dietary need and some with allergies, etc.
Fast forward to 9/16/21 – day of arrival. We arrive at the resort and are greeted like we are family. Everyone (including myself) is in awe of the tropical paradise. The staff ( Ari, Enrique, Jorge- to name a few) go ABOVE AND BEYOND any treatment I have EVER received at a resort. Within hours they knew all of our names and needs. Each morning and evening greeting us with our favorite drinks & meals. I can’t even say enough about the meals… wow! Best food we ever had! My Yogis were beyond delighted. We ate A LOT! Maybe too much lol
The yoga Shala was perfect to host my daily classes. It was sanitized daily and set up to my liking for each class. Julia provided a speaker for my use to pair with my phone to play music that I prepared. It was perfect, but who really needs music when you have the sounds of birds, howler monkeys and frogs as your soundtrack?!?
LADE provides laundry service daily. My guest really appreciated that. No over packing. Blow dryers, toiletries and robes are provided in each room. Bug spray, flashlights, q-tips and tissues, too!
I included a spa package to all of my retreat goers. Each received 3 spa treatments that they bragged about! I had a massage, facial and body scrub… HEAVEN ON EARTH. I believe Arianna was the girl who did my massage and let me tell you, I will NEVER forget her! Amazing.
I highly recommend LADE for your next Yoga or Wellness retreat. If you are a host, you will wow your guest and provide 5 Star accommodations to them. My guest are raving and my second Seed & Rooted retreat is booked for February 2022. This will definitely be one of my go to locations for future retreats.
I actually got teary eyed when I left. Hosting my retreat at LADE was so easy. They helped plan every detail, from airport transfers to planning my excursions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 5+ stars in my eye!
